Gwen was suggested to me by ~CuppycakeMewMew Her Alter Ego is a scene girl that loves rainbows!

I don't know if I got her style correct. I don't know any scene girls, but from the pictures I saw they wear fairly simple clothes with all the attention focused on the hair. Which btw I love Gwen's hair!!
